We went into business to be bookkeepers; our clients didn’t. It’s important for all businesses to take care of the paperwork, but sometimes small businesses struggle with that. We are experienced in all aspects of office administration and bookkeeping.
At Your Office Administrator we take care of the day to day administration tasks for our clients so they don’t need to worry about them. We will make sure the GST and PAYE get paid on time, reconcile the bank transactions, sort out your customer invoicing, pay your bills and keep your records nice and tidy. We also realise that our clients all work differently. We will work with you to find out the best way to extract the information we need to get your bookwork done.
That may mean a courier delivery of your paperwork, a visit from us or receiving the information electronically.
We will always strive to provide the most efficient process that they can. When end of year rolls around everything will be in order for your accountant, so that they can prepare your financial statements quickly and easily.
At Your Office Administrator our aim is to free up our client’s time so that they can get on with what they do best.
Bookkeeping Services start at $200 + GST per week.

Xero is accounting software that’s simple and fun to use. Because Xero is online you can log in when you feel like it from anywhere you like. Use your Mac, PC, tablet or phone to see your up-to-date financial information. We use Xero for our business as well as for our clients’ admin needs.
At Your Office Administrator we’re certified Xero Advisors and we’ve been using Xero since 2009. We can get you fully setup with Xero and then we provide the training you need so that you can use the software with ease. We offer a 12-month unlimited phone support contract to help you out along the way as well as ongoing training as required.
Full setup and training starts at $600 + GST

Flexitime has a number of different plans which include rostering and time clocks and time billing for service industries. You can manage your own PAYE or use their intermediary service (the PAYE is deducted from your bank account each pay period).

Receipt Bank is a Xero add-on that removes the hassle of receipts and invoices. No more data entry! The important information from your bills and receipts is extracted and published directly to Xero. Each transaction in Xero then contains an electronic copy of your bill keeping the information right at your fingertips.

We use WorkflowMax in-house for our time tracking and job management. Keep track of the time spent on various jobs and tasks and any costs incurred. You can easily quote and invoice from WorkflowMax and produce a range of reports to keep track of your performance.
